This notice covers visits to yurykanevsky.com and initial enquiries to Yury Kanevsky Law Office & Notary. Attorney and notary Yury Kanevsky determines the office's processing. Address: 35 Jabotinsky Street, Twin Towers, 4th floor, Ramat Gan, Israel. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent using the email or telephone below.
Information and purposes
When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, you provide the contact details, description and any documents you choose to send. They are used to respond, check conflicts of interest, consider the enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Processing an accepted matter may require separate information about the terms of the service.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security. These functions involve technical connection information, such as IP address and request/browser information. They are distinct from optional analytics.
The website also uses separate Cloudflare Web Analytics for visits and performance, independently of the Google Analytics choice. According to Cloudflare's documentation, it does not use cookies, localStorage or fingerprinting to identify individual visitors. It receives page-view, browser and loading-speed/stability information; technical request information is available to the provider when a connection is made.
Your choice when contacting us
Visiting the website does not itself impose a legal obligation to submit an initial enquiry or personal information: you choose whether to contact us and what to provide. Without sufficient contact details or relevant information, the office may be unable to respond or assess the matter. Subsequent legal or notarial services may require information prescribed by law.
A short description is sufficient for first contact. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents before agreeing a transfer channel. An enquiry alone does not create an attorney–client relationship; the notice on the main website applies.
Providers and disclosures
Email to the office's published addresses is routed by Cloudflare to Google Gmail. WhatsApp is used if you choose that channel. Google Analytics processes visit data when you consent to analytics. These providers receive information needed for the relevant service; their infrastructure may involve processing outside Israel.
Consent to analytics does not, by itself, authorize disclosure of case material to other professionals or authorities. Those arrangements are considered in the relevant enquiry or engagement, subject to applicable confidentiality duties.
Analytics and your saved choice
Google Analytics loads after you allow it. Analytics may include cookie identifiers, page URLs, referral sources, site interactions and browser/device information. Such data should not be described as entirely anonymous. Google Analytics is not used to obtain the content of your email or WhatsApp messages. Advertising features are disabled in the website configuration.
The website sets the main GA cookie _ga for up to 90 days from creation, without automatically extending its lifetime on each visit. The GA4 service cookie _ga_9LHBGG1NC4 also has a lifetime of up to 90 days, which Google may renew with activity. Both are configured with the Secure flag for HTTPS. The browser or user may remove cookies sooner. Existing cookies may retain their previous expiry until they expire, are cleared or consent is withdrawn through analytics preferences.
The inspected GA4 property retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; the user-data period resets on new activity. These settings do not limit most standard aggregated reports. Cookie lifetime and Google's server-side data-retention period are different settings.
You can decline analytics or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent browsing or using contact links. Your choice stays in your browser until changed or local storage is cleared. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement in that browser but does not, by itself, delete information Google has already received.
Enquiry retention and your rights
Initial enquiries are retained as needed to handle the enquiry, meet applicable professional and legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. There is no single fixed retention period for every enquiry.
Where provided by Israeli law, you may request access to personal data about you and correction of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date. Use the contact below. Proportionate identity verification may be required; statutory restrictions, including protection of privileged information, apply. Additional rights depend on the law applicable to the particular processing.
